Hey book-nerds, I can't express how amazingly honor I feel to have known and have had the chance to know this characters.
Please, please, read this saga.
At the end of book one, we are left
with our hearts in hands, not sure who survived and who did not. Not sure if we
should be crying or celebrating.
So we enter Amber Eyes with uncertainty but are quickly grabbed again by S. D
Grimm’s world. Shifting between points of view we are travelling thousands of
miles in a few pages, following every important character.
I’ve said this before and I will
say it again, I’m not a hug fan of multiple points of view, but they are so
well done on this book that you can’t not like it. It’s amazing, I love being
on everyone’s mind even when I wish I’d rather be reading about other’s
actions.
The story unfolds quickly, our
heroes being hunted from every direction. Being forced to get separated and
fight multiple fronts.
Now one of the things I liked most
about this book, the character development, is also one of the things that
slowed my reading. Most characters on this saga have their features heavily marked
from the beginning and are now growing into them, becoming more. Although I am
all for character development, and I think it was great on this book I also
found it quite repetitive, the same thoughts always going around and around, which
became a little boring.
But besides that, this book is quick
paced, you’re going through the pages faster than lightening, and then it leaves
you dying for more.
I can’t believe I have to wait
another year before I can know what will be of my characters.
Well, to compensate that, we
finally had a kiss!!!
Do yourself a favour and go read these
amazing book!
I totally can relate! Another year until we know what happens?! Ahhhhh! LOL!
